NEW DAY NEW ME 10 WEEK PLAN - bY coACH jOSH

Coach Josh has developed a 10 week plan focusing on what he believes is the 7 main components that shapes our whole person. Below are the 7 components; 

  1. Reading
  2. Meditation 
  3. Prayer and Worship 
  4. Relaxation 
  5. Accountability
  6. Exercise &
  7. Healthy Eating 

Each component, Coach Josh believes will ensure that the whole person (Body, Soul and Spirit) grows and work efficiently, helping each person fulfill their God-given purpose.

Many people are unaware of who they are; they are unaware that they are 3 parts and if one part fails it affects the others. For the next 10 weeks you will walk through this program with Coach Josh. He will be utilizing Instagram and other social media components to keep you and himself accountable.
