NEW DAY NEW ME 10 WEEK PLAN - bY coACH jOSH

Coach Josh has developed a 10 week plan focusing on what he believes is the 7 main components that shapes our whole person. Below are the 7 components; 

  1. Reading
  2. Meditation 
  3. Prayer and Worship 
  4. Relaxation 
  5. Accountability
  6. Exercise &
  7. Healthy Eating 

Each component, Coach Josh believes will ensure that the whole person (Body, Soul and Spirit) grows and work efficiently, helping each person fulfill their God-given purpose.

Many people are unaware of who they are; they are unaware that they are 3 parts and if one part fails it affects the others. For the next 10 weeks you will walk through this program with Coach Josh. He will be utilizing Instagram and other social media components to keep you and himself accountable. Scroll down to check out week one and feel free to invite your friends and family to be apart!  Registration for this plan ends Monday January 18th. so lets get as many people in as possible!

It is Game time!

Below is attached everything you will need to get through week one. This plan is a progressive plan and each week there will be new things and new materials added. Attached below is a document that houses all of the assignments and materials needed for you to be successful through week one. It includes the reading plan, prayer plan, worksheets/ exercises as well as a worship playlist that I developed on my Spotify.

Registration for this plan will end next Sunday so feel free to let more people know about this plan... inform your friends, co workers, youth/ young adult groups about this plan and your experience with it and lets spark a MOVEMENT. Im excited about walking this journey with you.

WEEK TWO

Hey guys you did it; you made it past week one! I hope all the exercises and reading plans helped you to increase a new hunger for God as well as the motivation needed to help you make some necessary changes in your life. Please email your testimonials I would love to hear your stories. With that being said lets get into week two. This week I just made some minor adjustments; just wanted you guys to get use to the plan... next week we will take it up a notch I will be adding a fasting plan as well as some other things. remember this plan is a progressive plan each week I'm going to stretch each area.
